High Country

High Country was inspired by my son, Jed. He's the kind of person who remembers your story. He asks how your mom is doing because he actually remembers she was sick. He notices when someone is unusually quiet. He sees details most of us miss—not because he's trying to, but because he's genuinely interested in people and the world around him.

Ever since he was little, he's asked good questions, looked a little closer, and believed that if something could work better, it was worth figuring out. Whether it's a trail through the pines or a problem that needs solving, he's always looking beyond the next ridge.

High Country celebrates that spirit of curiosity, quiet leadership, and the kind of character that leaves people—and places—better than it found them.

High Country brings together crisp Honeycrisp apples, ripe pear, bright lemon, fresh ginger, and Pine wildflower honey in a kombucha that's clean, refreshing, and unmistakably Arizona. Honeycrisp apples provide fresh orchard sweetness while juicy pear softens the citrus with a smooth mountain finish. Bright lemon wakes the senses, fresh ginger adds gentle warmth, and locally harvested Pine wildflower honey ties every flavor together with delicate floral notes. Small-batch brewed with premium tea, live cultures, and real ingredients, High Country captures the crisp mornings, cool forests, and endless views that make Arizona's Mogollon Rim feel like home.

Made for the High Country Spirit

Some people admire wild places. Others feel responsible for them.

The Guardian is always looking beyond the next ridge, not because they have to—but because they want to understand what lies beyond it.

They notice what others miss.

The tracks in the dust. The hawk circling overhead. The creek running lower than it should. The wounded deer that still deserves a chance.

Curious by nature and guided by principle, the Guardian believes knowledge comes with responsibility.

They seek truth. They protect what matters.

And leave the land better than they found it.

Brewed for those who are always looking beyond the next ridge.
